Course

These are approx. distances that will be cumulative totals. Same disciplines may be broken up into different segments (eg. 2 stair climbs or 2 bike legs etc.).

Triad - appox.10 miles (will include one person on foot along with one scooterer and one skater)

Cycling- approx.40 miles with 4-5 miles of dirt/grass etc.

Metro Trek (running)- approx.7-8 miles

Orienteering - 2-3 miles. More info will be coming soon.

Stair Climbing - each teammate should be prepared to climb a cumulative total of 100 flights of stairs

Navigation - each team will receive all required maps on race day at check-in.

Water - We reserve to get you wet but you will not be ‘swimming’ like a triathlon.

This is a 6-9 hour race

Just a reminder that there will be NO towing allowed with any wheel portion of the race.
