
The Course
The 2008 race course is still under development, but here is what we can reveal about it so that you can train appropriately.
The overall distance will be 120 to 150 miles, divided into the following disciplines:
- 50-60 miles of road cycling in multiple legs.
- 20-25 miles of paddling.
- 20-25 miles of running/orienteering in multiple legs.
- 20-25 miles of scootering.
- 10-15 miles of in-line skating.
- Stair climbing minimum 50 floors
- Rappel
